2 hours ago i called up regarding me buying a contracted phone. Was being helped by someone and after asking a few questions he ssid he would be back to answer more questions so i was put on hold. This was over 1hr and 20 mins and im still waiting. I am absolutely fuming

Are you sure you were on hold rather than the call was lost?
