How long does it take to get an activation date , I ordered EE broadband (Fibre 67 essential) from BT broadband on 31/12/24 but nothing has happened ?
I have a order number (VOL no) and also an account number. I don’t know if I am still on BT or I actually do have EE 🤷.
On my EE app it says order pending ? Open.
It has been over a week now, I do not need to change my router. I thought it would be pretty quick because they are same company ?
