How do I move the account I have as a sharer account with my son, onto being a sharer with my wife's account ? All three phones are on EE!

Hi @Rojo6

Thanks for coming here.

This would require a change of ownership for your Son's number to move onto your Wife's account. We no longer have sharer plans, but if they have eligible plans she can gift data to his number

To complete the transfer and discuss price plans available, please call us on 150, the team will need to speak to you and your wife for the change of ownership.

Leanne.

Hi,

It is my number that is shared with my son's phone. My son is the bill payer for the account which included both of our phones. I am asking whether I could move my phone number to be included with my wife's account? Or since you are saying there are now no shared accounts does this mean that I will need to start another account separately from both of them?

Regards

@Rojo6

That's right @Rojo6

We no longer offer sharer plans, it would require you to move onto your own plan with your own data, calls and text allowance.

Thanks for all the advice. My son has moved my account over to my wife's account, and my phone details are shown there but I don't have any control over upgrades etc at the moment. I get a message saying I need to get the account holder to do things for me! I wonder if I now have to wait until next month's bill before I  get full control?

You need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers
