Where is my refund

I recently upgraded, and paid the early upgrade fee , but then as that phone was not in stock , cancelled that upgrade, and reordered another . Thus been charged £209 odd 2x for the pleasure of doing so . and haven’t even got the new phone .

Out of contract charge

I thought my contract finished Jan 2023 but it was actually Jan 2022 so I’ve been paying for the cost of the phone when I only needed SIM only all this time.I assumed EE would just stop charging me the cost of the phone when you go out of contract?

Blocked

Hello due to no fault of my own ee blocked my handset. The payment and account has now been settled and closed. So can ee please unblock the phone as its not fair I've paid for a handset which is blocked and not able to use
