My current tablet contract has reached the end of its fixed term and I can now upgrade, is it possible to upgrade to a phone rather than to another tablet?

If you log into your My EE account and select upgrade, do you have any phones and plans showing for the tablet contract?

No, no phones, it only gives tablet options for the upgrade.
