I went in store today asking to upgrade my phone to iPhone 14 Pro Max and showed them deals I’d found on my EE App and on the O2 website (my partner has a phone contract with them) and they were all a lot cheaper than what they claimed they was able to upgrade me for in store. A guy called his manager to ask what deal he could do for me and agreed to £69 a month with a free case and screen protector included. I’ve gotten home and unboxed my phone to find out it’s the iPhone 14 Pro and not the pro Max and I’m paying more for this than I’d be if I bought the right phone online. What can be done??

Do you still have all the paper work that was provided?

If yes, does it show iPhone 14 Pro or iPhone 14 Pro Max?
