Very disappointed with EE and not the same as BT. Just recently moved from BT to EE, on the get go EE have messed up with my billing. They have failed to apply the agreed discount on my account. I have requested they refund the money they owe but was told they can credit this but they couldn't confirm whether this will come off from my next bill. I requested they refund what they owe directly to my bank account. I was told I will hear back the same day but nothing. Not only that, i am unable to access the bills and payments area of MyEE app. Just frustrated with EE at the moment. I wished I have gone somewhere else. What a shamble of a company.

I'm sorry to hear of your experience. Hopefully the refund goes through quickly and this is resolved. Please keep us posted on what happens.
