Late last night I thought I was upgrading my phone. I've realised now that I was taking out a new contract. How do I cancel the new contract and phone before it's fully processed so I can upgrade my phone and contract instead. Or is there a way it can be changed to an upgrade instead?

If you ordered online or by phone you may cancel the order FoC before or during the statutory 14-day cooling-off period from delivery & then reorder what you really want.
