My contract ended last year and was terminated.

Now all of a sudden I'm being chased by Moorcroft debt collectors for £13 that I apparently owe...

EE you need to contact me ASAP and sort this out.

If Moorcroft are claiming you owe them any sum, it's upto them to justify that.

If you are confident they are incorrect, you need to advise them accordingly.

If a debt recovery firm are involved, EE are no longer so.
