My account was sent to moorcroft now they don’t have it and claim EE have it

I don’t know who to contact as moorcroft no longer have the account and claim that you have taken it back even though I had a payment plan and a direct debit set up so I want to speak to somebody regarding it to sort a payment plan to avoid legal action please any help would be appreciated thank you

Not sure who moorcroft is, but you can contact customer service:

We don't have access to accounts here in the community forum. It seems unusual for Moorcroft to send your account back while you have a payment plan set up with them. 

As the debt has been sent back to us you would need to contact Customer Service, select the options for billing queries and speak to our Collections team who will be able to check the status of your account and advise the next steps.  Contact Us | Help & Support | EE
