Contract cancellation

Hi

I have been made an extra sim card contract by the EE store and have been charged the unknown sim card every month,

I asked the EE store staff, and they said when they submitted the cancellation, it was rejected.

It has been changed me 5 months.

@kevin111  Every contract that is taken out has your agreement for it.   
 If this was a store sale then only the store can sort this via the store manager as that was the point of sale.
