Resolved! Stop itemised billing

I’m trying to turn off itemised billing but can’t see how to do it. How can I cancel it? I feel like this is a stealth tax which everyone pays every month because it’s not obvious how to turn it off.

got a new contract

Instead of upgrading, I got a new contract with a new phone. Now I realize that I have 2 contracts but I only need one contract. How can I have my new contract but not pay a fee to cancel the previous contract?
