I have cancelled my Broadband and will be cancelling my two mobile phones when my contract runs out in a month. Pleased to be able to leave after all this time. This company have definitely got worse since joining BT, they really have no sense of how to treat customers. They cut me off one morning when I was at Reading Station waiting for an important client. This meant I couldn’t call anybody and I hadn’t personally met him before. I phoned EE and they said it was a “computer error” and that it would be put back on within 24 hrs! I complained as they tell you to do but they only offered a derisory amount to cover my “loss “. I cancelled the broadband yesterday - they quoted £58 for leaving and then sent a text saying sorry to hear you are leaving and said it would be £68 to leave. The BT guy came to my house yesterday and said the router was defective so I had to order a new router (they made that hard) and promised it would be with me within 24hrs. Just been told that it’s not arriving until sometime tomorrow! That’s over 48hrs.
I am seeing a lot of complaints from EE customers as I thought there would be. Not sorry to be out of their clutches - I bought two phones on a monthly basis and they still put the March increase onto a virtual HP deal which I challenged- what did the “Guide” say - “ didn’t you read the contract “
think that says it all - bye bye

@GeoffO1951 You don’t see the thousands of customers who don’t have an issue because you don’t complain about not having issues. The yearly price increase is part of the contract and you accepted that when you agreed to the contract and it’s has been happening for quite a few years now so not sure why you think it doesn’t include you. The EE agent is right with what they said about that. It’s down to you to know what you are agreeing too. Ie read the contract info. BT purchased EE back in 2016.

You mean since 2016, 1/3rd of your stay with EE? Surprised you didn't leave earlier if that's your view.
