I am writing to formally dispute my final bill of **£347.38** issued on **5 August 2025**.
1. **I have already settled all previous charges** (including the last bill sent via CRS), and I no longer use EE services.
2. **This payment demand appears to be incorrect**, as I have not used any extra services outside my plan.
3. **Please provide a full breakdown** of this charge and confirm if it relates to:
- Unreturned equipment (e.g., router).
- Early termination fees.
- Any outstanding balances from prior months.
**I request:**
- **Immediate cancellation** of this invalid charge.
- **Written confirmation** that my account is closed with a £0 balance.
- **A refund** if any overpayment is confirmed.
If this is not resolved within **14 days**, I will escalate my complaint to **CISAS** and **Ofcom**.
**My details:**
- Full name: **********
- EE account number/phone: ************
Please respond in writing to: ***************
**Sincerely,**
Daniiar

You won't get any of that from here! This user discussion group is not the correct platform for making demands nor for issuing formal notices upon EE.
OFCOM don't handle individual complaints. You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks or come to a deadlock you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form . CISAS is not EE's ADR provider.
