The app shows a bill for Broadband and TV which I didn't sign up for. I signed up for Broadband only.
On the actual and very glitchy webpage it shows broadband only, but a wrongful charge applied of a set up fee. I signed up and it was zero set up fee.
Why 2 different bills and why as a new customer was i charged for set up when it was free?
