I was cancelled the TV and WIFI And I take two Sims one is contacted and another one is for only data..... Yesterday one bill is 35£ and is 54....My guide said those are cancelled in a couple days one box will comes you can return those boxes now money is debited my from my account...What's the issue here I have cancelled my WIFI and TV options then how can you cut my amount I don't need this kind service anymore.... please I want my money back without using those benefits why should pay my amount I don't like this inconvenience anymore

If you had discounted EE Mobile SIM offers as a result of being a Broadband customer (EE One) and have subsequently cancelled your Broadband products, the Mobile discount would be removed and cause these SIMs to increase in price.
If you have a specific query on your bill, you would need to speak to the EE Customer Service Guides in Billing on 150 as this is a public customer forum with no account access.
