I’ve just tried to order the new iPhone, it’s took the £30 out my bank for upfront cost but it looks like it’s not been ordered, does it take the upfront cost then do the checks then let you know as I’ve have no confirmation email or nothing just the money took out of bank

When your order has been passed to our couriers, they'll send you a text to let you know the date of delivery.

You'll also get a delivery window to give you a more precise time.
