SIM R Unlimited 24m £24 R

I was upgrading from 11:50 per month to include no charges for roaming price was 13.00  but my bill is now 24.00 per month and i asked for the 13.00 package online

Resolved! I do not understand this charge

I have also had this recently. 14 March 2025. From what I can tell, it’s in Sweden? I do not understand this charge? I have just looked through 4 months previous statements and this charge is not mentioned so I will be emailing them to enquire.
