Yes me also they dont listen had a problem tried to resolve they couldent sort technical issue product after 20 plus years not fit for purpose passed debt onto others having a nightmare

Resolved! Renewal of Sim Plan is coming

Currently I'm on unlimited data plan from EE and my contract is completing next month. As I don't have much usage of data ,can I change my plan to lower data package in my next contract.
