I bought the Full Fibre Gigabit Essentials 900mbps (the one that is currently £40.99) broadband on 6th June 2025. I then upgraded my iPhone 11 to a 16 Plus on Flex Pay with the "unlimited full works for iPhone" plan. I was under the impression that I would get a £20 monthly discount on my airtime plan, but it appears that I was wrong about this. Could someone please clarify?
Thank you

Hello @asa_t ,
Welcome to the community,
Have you checked the breakdown of your bill? it would be on the mobile account and should show the £20 discount.

The £20 discount is only on the exclusive EE One Flex Pay Airtime plans or SIM Only plans with a 1-month minimum term which will specifically show up when you go to Upgrade while Broadband is linked to your EE ID.
If you were offered a 24 month plan with one combined price instead of Flex Pay (separate device cost & airtime payments, can pay over up to 36 months on the device), these can not be discounted.
Your plan name should be something like "EE One Full Works" if you have chosen the correct plan.
