Hi @Mikeymagneteq,
Welcome to the Community!
If you reach out to our team they will be able to confirm there is no outstanding debt on your account. You can also contact Moorcroft who will be able to let you know if there is any debt in your name.

Hi Rach,
the issue isn’t that I’m worried I owe money to EE as I know for a fact I don’t. The problem is that Moorcroft have my details and are trying to clearly scam myself and others. I would expect EE to look into this as they are making out that there is a debt that needs to be satisfied when this 100% is not the case.

Have you spoken with Moorcroft about why these details have been passed to them, and the account this is linked to @Mikeymagneteq?

No, I have no wish to engage with a company trying to scam me. As I say I have not debt with EE whatsoever, my balance is paid in full every month and have confirmed with your colleagues that there is no outstanding balance.

I do understand @Mikeymagneteq. If you would prefer to get this looked further into then you can speak with our team, but we wouldn't be able to do anything further like you've asked, without you doing so.

If you are so sure that you have no debt then just ignore Moorcroft & let them make the next move.
