I'm new to joining ee and have recieved a text to say my bill is due, but when looking on the app there is nothing showing on the app including my new contract I took out with them. Can anyone help? I have tried to contact them through a online chat but can't seem to see them having one.

Have you linked your BB to your EE a/c?

In your online MyEE: Home > Plans & Subs > Manage numbers > Add another number > Link EE Broadband.
