Hi there, so I’ve been using Airtime Rewards for a good few months now and have recently gone over the minimum of £10 to allow redemption. When I try to redeem it, it’s saying I can only “gift it to another member”. I queried this with Airtime Rewards and they say it must be because I have a credit block or spending cap on my EE account. I’ve checked my account online and don’t have any such restrictions. The Airtime Rewards balance is even showing in the “EE Up” area of my account but it just says “unavailable” when I click on redeem. Just to add for clarification , in the Airtime Rewards app, the amount I want to redeem is the current balance, not just pending transactions.
