Hi, I’ve signed up for Airtime rewards. I’ve added 2 cards and received a text saying that my cards are active however when I go to EE Rewards in the app I cannot see the airtime rewards. The only thing I can see is the sign up button. 
please advise how I. An see my airtime rewards?

Welcome to the EE Community

Once you have successfully setup Airtime Rewards via the EE app in the Rewards section, it should change to show a Cashback earned box with a Redeem and manage link. If you have just completed sign up and its still showing the sign up button I would try fulling closing down the app and re-open to see if it updates.

If it stays the same try going through the sign up process again to link up your number to Airtime Rewards.
