Change of address

I'm trying to change my address and there are numerous posts saying it can be done online.

When I go to my profile I can only change email address, name, contact preference.

I would prefer not to have to call EE and have to navigate phone options and wait for my call to be answered.

It should be so quick and simple to do online.

You can update your home address within your EE account under settings.

Have you tried changing your address in the EE App and on your EE Online account?

what I'd love to know is why I had to come to this forum to find the link after wasting half an hour trying to navigate the website to find it.
