Change spent airtime plan?

Hi all,

My airtime plan ended oct 2024 but I still have 7 months left on my device payment. How do I change my contract, but keep the device? Is it possible? I'm trying to reduce my outgoings so any advice is great!

If no SIM Only plans are showing available, please try calling us on 150 and the team can check what options are available for you.

@Donnasnooks82  Upgrade to a sim only. You’ll keep paying for the device for the remaining 7 months. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I've tried doing that but there are none available...
