Been with ee 14 years and I have £15 loyalty on an airtime agreement if I take either s25 36 month after the 24month airtime agreement do I loose this £15 or does it stay with my rolling agreement

It depends on the loyalty or if this was just a promotional loyalty bonus tied into the tariff. 

I suggest speaking to EE CS on 150.

Thanks for coming to our community.

Any loyalty discounts would be taken from the airtime agreement rather than the device payment. As to whether it would carry over to a new contact, it would show this at checkout or our loyalty team would have to check this.

1hr on hold still ill move to tesco mobile 

@Gethin2 , I would suggest hanging up and trying again or try another day when they are not so busy and there are more staff on duty if you are having trouble getting through. I have never had to wait more than 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone.
