Hi we have recently been having issues with EE internet (we have full fibre 1 gig and a wifi 6 router) , its mainly a problem on certain devices, iphones (all are 16s) and my sons PS5 , the phones are very hit and miss and we now spend most of the time on 5g as its almost impossible to watch any social media videos etc without it freezing, and the PS5 just disconnects from the gaming server , when we do an network check on the ps5 it says connected to the network, obtains the IP address but says Internet Connection Failed, EE have been out 3 times now and we still have the issue , the strange thing is my sons gaming PC and my MacBook are fine and work all the time??
We have been to another house with the PS5 and its perfect just to eliminate the console
its driving us all mad , is anyone else having the same issues?
Thanks Andy

@Stockooo With some devices working and some not, think you need to have look either to adjust the device or the router, If you open a browser on you macbook and use the web manager http://192.168.1.254 few settings to look at, try adjusting the WPA to WPA2-Personal, and if needed the wireless mode which has a few choices to try. Save after adjusting, and reset the router if you feel it is worth trying that.

I'm not familiar with your hardware, but from the sounds of it none of the problematic devices are Ethernet-capable to rule out an in-home wireless issue.
Have you done any wireless troubleshooting with a tool such as inSSIDer to ensure that wireless interference is not a problem? From your description, the next element you've not covered is whether the phones work on other wireless routers?
