Internet connection continuously dropping out!

Not even 24hrs with switching to EE broadband and TV and we have not been able to watch a full programme without the Internet connection dropping out. 7times last night and 3 times in the last hr this morning! Kids are going crazy as they can't game with friends and we can't even watch TV. Think we will need to cancel and go back to Sky, at least when the Internet dropped out we could still watch TV uninterrupted.

@GMK What is happening with the EE Router, does the light change etc, was the Sky to EE a straight service swap nothing else? What Router do you have now from EE?

hi there

i had major problems with EE broadband in the firstweek i got it and moved from virgin. typically the first week it's often dropped out and was off for 24 hours and now it's been flawless and zero drop outs unlike virgin

if i was you give it a few weeks and the issues will go. it seems engineers have said it can do this for first few weeks

@NickH16 What happens when those couple off weeks turn into 3 months?

pretty sure if people had issues like that then the broadband would get voided.

@NickH16 That is how long that it took me to get the EE changeover fixed with OR as soon as the EE router was put on the line! Nothing wrong for years, instant EE router applied, bang it could not hold sync.....

If that was the case that when Sky BB went down you were still able to watch live TV then you must have been watching OTA thro' an aerial. Are you using Aerial Mode with the EE TV Box?
