LOS light is solid red. I don't have a mobile phone, and it will not let me complete the network tests without supplying one. Wont let me book any sort of repair either.

@Joseph87 With the LOS on red then there is nothing that can be done, the fibre from your home to the exchange is out, with no other method off communications then you just have to wait until fixed and hope it is more off an area wide issue, do you have a neighbour on FF feed with the same problem!
One off the reasons why NOT to have full fibre without another method....

If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult Check service in your area to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area.
Damnation upon EE for insisting you need a mobile to use their BB 😞 !
