my router has changed all my devices public ip addresses how do i fix this?

@Null404Escape what do you mean, and how are you doing to notice this?
Which broadband service do you have, is it Full Fibre or via your phone line, what speed? What router do you have?
Often when a router reconnects after a line problem you will get a new external IP address which is normal, but if you have a line fault with lots of drops it can change the IP more.
What issues are you experiencing?

im on full fibre this is the first time it has changed the ip but the ip its changed to it doesnt let us use the apps it logged me out of everything on my pc and it said the ip is temp banned on discord idk what to do

Your devices don't have their own public IP addys. Only the router has 1 & it doesn't matter to the devices what it is.
Where do you see this? Show us some examples.

it used to show up as 86 at the start

What device is showing that? It is reporting on the public IP of the router, not of its own IP,. That public IP is one of EE's pool from 109.146.0.0 - 109.147.255.255 ( United Kingdom Barnet Bt-central-plus ).
