@Wildfirehawk   you can find more info on what the lights mean in the Help Section below.

Sounds like it is not connected to your Hub and you don't have great 4G signal.

I don’t have a hub yet, they just sent the smart hybrid out And I have 3 aqua lights on it?

@Wildfirehawk Hybrid is NO good without a HUB they need to work with each other.!

Why send it me then?

@Wildfirehawk When is your broadband activation date, when all of the equipment is destined to appear!

10th march, the hybrid connect was met to give me temporary internet access till then.

@Wildfirehawk   give CS a call, and ask for something that works, like a 4/5G router, or add extra data to your phones if they are EE.

Did you not have a roter in your previous property?

@Wildfirehawk Either there has been a mistake made on the EE end, and @Mustrum sent you a link regarding the Smart Hybrid connect unit, operation, connection etc, but it relies totally on the connection to the EE Router, if you have one as he said and is a compatible model, we are only answering the questions that you are posing to the Forum.

Edit: Quickest way to get you up and running, now that you have the info and see if the Hybrid is giving you a 4G mobile signal is to get EE to send you the Router that you are getting with your package, pair them both together and go from that point. Speed is limited just so you know, but it is all documented.

Yeah I’d already read that before he sent it, and there is a section on the leaflet I got with the box saying you can use it before setup date using ee network, no instructions tho
