Why my ee app pair and connect to my smart hub?

Since been forced to upgrade from BT to ee by a lady in one ee shop, my home broadband gone completely slow and bad. Apart from all the issues and phone calls, my ee app doesn’t pair or connect to the hub, so can’t do parental controls and other things. The BT app was so smooth and much better. Any one has the same issue and how to connect the app to the hub? I deleted the app and reinstalled and it’s still not connecting.

@mahiralrawi : What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?
