No broadband connection

Transferred to EE from BT  nearly 12months ago but the last week I've had intermittent connection. The last 3 days has been horrendous with the router  flashing  orange for long periods of time and not connecting . I have rebooted, factory resetted the router too. 

Is anyone having the same issue the last few days and any advice please.

@ChrisM1985 : What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?
