Wifi not working

Anybody got any idea why my smart hub won't connect.  I get the message "can't connect as there is a problem with your billing" I click the link to billing and it just says "you're up-to-date and I don't owe any money"Don't understand

No broadband after power cut

We had a power cut this morning and since then I can't reconnect our WiFi. I've tried all restarts including factory reset but it just has a green light and every 30 seconds or so a quick white flash then back to green. Can anyone help please?
