Resolved! Connecting storage heaters to wifi

HiAm clutching at straws a bit here but here goes.Having installed new storage heaters I'm unable to connect them to my WiFi. How do you know if you have a content look on your WiFi and if you have IPv4 or IPv6??

Resolved! Openreach cable damaged

How do I report cable damage at my house? The cable has been accidentally cut by workmen upgrading gas pipes. It has apparently been reported to Wales & West. Don't know if it's reached ee yet

Resolved! Hub solid green with internet

  Just got new router on ee. I have Internet no problem, but I have a solid green lightI have tried resetting and turning on and off still solid green light.Is this a problem I need to deal with or not.
