Resolved! Light on EE Smart WiFi Plus too bright.

EE app tells me I have altered the aqua light successfully BUT the light stays the same. It is too bright. The router is fine. Chat of little use. Can anyone tell me how to alter the light please?

No broadband

So spend hrs on phone and fob off with a new plug adapter for my Wi-Fi router waited four days for it got it plugged it in and the box still doesn’t work! gezzzz
