Canelation and still being charged

I have emigrated to philippines I cancelled my broadband and am still being charged I cannot call as roaming charges are astronomical is there anyway other to contact I did write a letter but no responce

Currently having major issues with the EE broadband smart hub… extremely annoying tried resetting it a million times… anyone know what could be the course of this or is Anyone experiencing the same thing at the moment, 

Weak WiFi signal across the house
