Hey i was wondering if anyone else is having an issue with seeing their order details mine just shows service unavailable for the past 4 days.
I signed up on the 17th March with one touch from VM and on the 23rd the OpenReach team did internal wiring but needed to send another team out to do wiring outside ducting and been told this could take some weeks stretching to the 24th April, a whole month.A team did attend last week and did some work to the connection outside my driveway to the main connection point then left and i am not sure what is going or what my expected activation date is now? i did open a complaint on the 23rd March and was told they will now contact me back on the 24th April to provide a update via email. My new concern is my order details have just vanished...

If you cannot see the order online, then you need to call EE CS for any update!
