Openreach do not want to be reached.

Resolved! ONT not installed on Fibre

Hi,I've recently had Essentials Fibre 67 installed into my new home. We have an Openreach Master Socket 5c connected to the hub not an ONT. I'm just wondering if this is correct because I didn't think the 5c could run fibre?Thanks
