Returning your faulty equipment to be replaced.

I have a failed secondary router and a failed TV box (what no TV - seriously yes) that BOT system isn't geared to sort this - keeps revisiting that the broadsband is OK.  Time wasting last time I had an issue and this time.  Time wasted is bad image for a business...just a thought.   I'm a lecturer now voluntary and I need my system working well to set up my autum courses in powerpoint.  ...art history a bit boring wihtout pics...

So how do I quickly and efficiently get this sorted out please. - so far I have wasted over ran hour on Bots.

Your service in the last 3 years since my lovely husband died has been poor, only the shop in Brighton has kept me with you.  Tell me folks - why was it so hard to transfer the accounts to my name - I told you and you failed to complete the process even now I am not entirely confident that you have and someone tried to charge me and the chap in the shop asked if this was appropriate so they backed off. . He had been very ill and badly let down by the NHS.  By their admission.  Then I find myself faced with bodies like you,  the Office of the Public Guardian and HMRC etc just too inward looking and expecting 'consumers' to think its great. When it is not.   I ran degree courses and regarded good organisation and explanation key to respect from students and vital when handling their crises and failing.    Trust and respect are gained from good systems EE board and you are light years away.

Please replace my equipment without more complications.   I cannot think of getting the new Iphone from you when you are so awful at human contact and getting things doen ...so try persuading me that you can sort this gear out quickly please.  Thank you.

I would love to see what we can do to help you and have sent you a private message for some extra details. Please take a look and get back to me when you get the chance.
