Smart Hub SH31B - DMZ IPIP (protocol 4 traffic)

Hi. I am upgrading my broadband with aforementioned. Does its DMZ forward all IP traffic/protocols? I am particularly interested in IPIP - proto 4 - traffic. I am trying to preserve my current router and all the services going through it to the LAN.

Recently installed Full Fibre

WiFi booster

I have connected my WiFi booster at the bottom of my garden using a Ethernet cable my booster light is blue indicating it’s connected to the internet but I can’t seem to get a connection from it  any help much appreciated
