Neighbours Wifi

Hi, I recently signed up for broadband, and my next door neighbours have received a notice from their  provider (BT) to say that their broadband will be stopped because they’re switching to a new provider. We believe this to be due to my sign up next door, but obviously I want the wifi for my house, and they don’t want their contract to end. How can I fix this please?

They should tell their ISP that they refuse any takeover of their line & you should get on to EE urgently to correct the addy you told them you wanted BB at.
