I placed and order but i cant acces tje tracking or access my EE account

So i placed an order on the 24th and EE closed my account down so its still the same email for my new account but i can’t access my new account because my old one shows up now i cant track my order or anything please someone help i dont know what to do

@Demileighxx07 Looks like you are going to have to call EE CS and get them to take a look at what has happened!
