Yesterday (1/10/25) I had a EV Charging Unit installed at my house, the unit in question being a Myenergi Zappi 2.1.
For some reason the unit is unable to see my Network and hence cannot connect to it (either by WPS or manually). It can see the EE Hotspot, it can see my next door neighbours Network (BT) and our friends across the road (Sky, and some 60 metres away) but not mine.
Are you aware of any reason why this unit (or potentially any other manufacturers for that matter) do not seem to be compatible with the EE Router

Welcome to the community.
Could you try turning on compatibility mode and try to set it up again please? You can find some instructions on this Set up and use Compatible WiFi help page.
Let us know how you get on.

Thanks Chris,
I have tried with the EE-COMP switched on with either the 2.4GHz and 5GHz switched on and with only 2.4GHz. Neither works. If you're wondering why the different methods, it was suggested by Myenergi that the hub may be getting confused because it only connects on 2.4GHz and doesn't get the 5GHz. I will now wait for the return of the engineer with a different charger and hopefully that will work with no issues. I have also contacted Myenergi to see what their take is on it

OK, thanks for the update and for trying that settings change, @Pathfinderman
Keep us posted with what happens with the engineer please.
Fingers crossed they can get it working for you.
