Upnp not available when using wifi enhancer

I have set up wifi enhancer on the ee smart hub pro and it always says that my upnp is not available and neither is my NAT.  I’ve tried port forwarding and DMZ but nothing works. as soon as the wifi enhancer is set up it all stops working

Parental controls

I see many people struggling with the same issue – BT Hub won't pair to the EE app – so is there a fix? Why do I need to use an app to modify parental controls? When we were with BT we could manage the wifi online.
