@Sy81 follow the steps in the Help page and contact EE in the morning. https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/technical-support/broadband-landline
Hopefully you have a suitable back up/contingency plan, I imagine you won't be the only one with issues after the storm.

Storm has felled trees and they have taken out the phone lines . No internet and work from home
