SSL VPN packet loss after migration from copper to fibre

I experience a recurring SSL VPN issue that started immediately after migration from copper to fibre two days ago.

Setup:
- VPN server: Draytek Vigor 2925n+ (Germany)
- VPN client: Draytek SmartVPN (UK, macOS)
- ISP router UK side: EE Smart Hub 3A, firmware r3.8.30-R-1627300-PROD-80004
- VPN type: SSL VPN

Symptoms:
- The SSL VPN tunnel establishes without error
- Immediately after connection, packet loss is evident on a continuous ping through the tunnel
- The issue is present from the moment the tunnel is first established each morning
- Normal internet traffic on the UK side is completely unaffected
- Reconnecting the VPN tunnel alone does not resolve the issue
- Rebooting the EE Smart Hub 3A resolves the issue immediately and completely
- The problem recurs every morning, suggesting it develops overnight while the tunnel is inactive

What I have ruled out:
- Client-side VPN misconfiguration (SmartVPN reconnect has no effect)
- General internet connectivity issues (browsing, streaming unaffected)
- NAT session timeout (tunnel is only active during working hours, not kept open overnight)

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Markus

Wouldn't explain the intermittent/overnight nature of the problem, nor the fact a reboot clears it, but do you know if the client-side is applying any DSCP/prioritisation markings? This issue immediately springs to mind.
