Hopefully you have a suitable back up/contingency plan, I imagine you won't be the only one with issues after the storm.

Storm has felled trees and they have taken out the phone lines . No internet and work from home

@Sy81 this is not customer services, no one has account access or knows who you are, so do give them a call in the morning.
