My Bill seems high

I am being charged £84.99 for Full Works: Fibre 67 broadband , this seems a lot to pay  for broadband,  plus why do they say its fibre when it comes through in the normal way, i thought fibre was under ground ?

Resolved! External cabling hanging loose

The cables for my full fibre are hanging loose on the outside of my house. I also understand they’re not meant to cross over. They are in serious danger of doing so. How do I get this fixed?
